AutoPylot D365 Console app for Dynamics CRM
Get the AutoPylot app for your Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The App includes expanded views for Phone Calls and Text messaging, as well as dashboards and management tools for companies using AutoPylot.
Companies must install the AutoPylot D365 Console app to their Dynamics environment to support the Text Messaging capabilities.
Installation Instructions
You must have admin access to your company’s production Dynamics CRM environment.
- Download the latest .ZIP file
After you have logged into Dynamics:
- Select the Gear/Settings option in the top right
- Select: Advanced Settings in pulldown menu
- Select: Down Carrot next to the word Settings in the top left
- In All Solutions, Select: Import from mid level menu bar.
- Select the .ZIP file from the local drive
- If this is an upgrade, under Import Options:
- Select Upgrade
- Select Overwrite Customizations
- The Import modal will begin installation
