This AutoPylot Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out what information AutoPylot Technologies Corp. (hereinafter “AutoPylot”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, how we collect it, and what we do with it. This Policy applies to any visitor of any of our websites and the use of our AutoPylot Platform. The “AutoPylot Platform” consists of the mobile application, website, and SaaS technology applications and architecture through which the AutoPylot services are made available to customers (including but not limited to, the user interface, application software, hardware technology, hosted servers, and their respective design, and know-how). If you have questions concerning this Policy, please contact us as indicated in the How to Contact Us section below. We may update this Policy from time to time, so please check this website periodically for changes. By using our site, you consent to our Policy.

What information do we collect?

  • We may collect two basic types of information, personal information, and anonymous information, and we may use personal and anonymous information to create a third type of information, aggregate information. Personal and anonymous information may be collected directly from you through the use of our services and through this site.
  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order for services, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, you will be required to enter certain information, e.g., your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or other information in order to process your order.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING SECURITY
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OR OTHER INFORMATION IN ANY FORM. We do implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place service orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Do we use “cookies”?
Yes. How can you opt-out, remove or modify the information you have provided to us?
To modify your email subscriptions or to delete all of your online account information from our database please contact us directly through privacy@autopylot.com or via one of the means identified in the How to Contact Us section below. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record-keeping.

If you are a resident of the State of California, AutoPylot provides you with information on how to exercise your disclosure choice options, such as your right to opt-out (which we may sometimes refer to as “unsubscribe”) or opt-in for the use of your personal information by third parties (such as advertisers) for marketing purposes. Therefore, pursuant to the California Civil Code, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your personal information for marketing purposes during the preceding year.

For all requests, please clearly state that the request is related to “Your California Privacy Rights,” include your name, street address, city, state, zip code, and e-mail address (your street address is optional if you wish to receive a response to your request via email) and indicate your preference on how our response to your request should be sent (email or postal mail). We will not accept requests via the telephone or by facsimile. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly or do not have complete information.

Are you visiting our site from outside the United States of America?
If you are visiting our web site or purchasing products from outside of the United States of America or otherwise contacting us from outside of the United States of America please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States of America, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. If we are required to provide notice of unauthorized access or other invasion of certain security systems, you agree that we may do so when required (or voluntarily) by posting notice on our web site or sending notice to any email address we have for you, in our good faith discretion. You agree that notice to you will count as notice to others for whom you are acting, and agree to pass the notice on to them.

Children
We do not want to collect information from children. Do not provide any personal information unless you are at least 13 years of age, and please caution your children not to provide any. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, a parent or guardian may so inform us by contacting us through any means offered in the How to Contact Us section below and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it from our database, subject to applicable law and this Policy.

Identity Theft
If you believe you are a victim of identity theft entitled by law to request information from us, write us at the address below and we’ll explain what information we require in order to respond. After receiving that information, we’ll supply (without charge) information we then have that we are legally required to provide (subject to applicable law and reserving all rights and defenses).

Changes to Our Policy
If we decide to change our Policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change or to the information you further consent for the new policy to apply to.
